摘 要:针对现有微胶囊相变溶液蓄热量低、传热系数不大、过冷现象严重、受外力冲击微胶囊易受损破裂、相变溶液易分层等诸多不足,考虑采用吸(蓄)热性能高的棕榈酸作为芯材,并用特殊工艺将相变微胶囊制成直径为200~300nm的颗粒,以增加其吸(蓄)热能力。以Pickering乳液为介质溶液,对溶液体系起稳定支撑作用。同时,加入质量分数为1%左右的碳纳米管,用偶联剂将碳纳米管与纳米微胶囊进行有效耦合,以增加其结合力。碳纳米管的导热系数很高,可以极大地提高相变溶液的导热能力,有效增强微胶囊的耐外界冲击性能,延长相变溶液的使用寿命,具有独特的创新意义和现实应用价值。Aiming at some problems remaining with the current micro-encapsulated phase change solution such as low thermal conservation and conductivity,severe super-cooling,easy breaking-up with capsules subjected to outside force,high probability of the fluid stratification,the paper proposed that used palmitic acid as the core material of capsule,which possessed a property of high thermal conservation.And to turn capsules into nano-particles with a diameter of 200~300 nm by particular technology,so as to raise the thermal conservation of capsule.Pickering emulsion was used as a media solution for increased the stability and support.Furthermore,the carbon nano-tubes of 1(wt)% were joined into the phase change solution,made the effective coupling with nano-capsules by aid of a coupler in order to increase the connection between the carbon nano-tube and nano-capsule.Due to high thermal coefficient,the carbon nano-tube could greatly enhance the conduction ability of phase change solution.Meanwhile,it effective strengthened the anti-external shock and prolonged the usage time of solution too.This is of unique innovation significance and real application value.
