摘  要:以纳米二氧化硅(SiO_2)为载体,采用浸渍法制得SiO_2固体酸微球。探讨不同反应条件对SiO_2微球的影响,研究磺化温度和时间对SiO_2固体酸微球酸量和酯化率的影响,并采用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)对SiO_2微球、SiO_2固体酸微球进行表征。结果表明:在磺化时间为4h、磺化温度为220℃、SiO_2微球与浓硫酸按1∶10固液配合比(质量比)的条件下,制得的SiO_2固体酸微球的粒径为180nm,总酸量达到4.53mmol/g,对乙酸和乙醇酯化反应的催化效率达到80.75%。SiO2 was used as the carrier to prepare the silica-based solid acid catalyst by impregnation method.Effects of reaction conditions on the morphology of SiO2 microspheres were discussed.The influences of sulfonation temperature and time on the acidity and esterification rate of catalyst were discussed.And fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD)were performed to characterize SiO2 microspheres and solid acid catalyst.The results showed that under the reaction condition that:sulfonation time of 4 h,sulfonation temperature of 220℃,SiO2 microspheres mixed with concentrated sulfuric acid by solid-liquid ratio 1∶10,the particle size of SiO2 solid acid microspheres was180 nm,the total acid content of solid acid was 4.53 mmol/g,and the best esterification rate of acetic acid and ethanol was80.75%.
