摘 要:提出了一种由粗孔硅胶和氯化镁制成的新型复合吸附剂,分析了不同配制参数对复合吸附剂吸附性能的影响。实验表明:第一种配制参数下配制的复合吸附剂在平均温度29℃,相对湿度76.1%的条件下平衡吸附量和吸附速率随着MgCl2溶液浓度的升高而升高,其中Mg7的平衡吸附量是粗孔硅胶(Mg0)的2.95倍,Mg7在开始后62h的吸附量已经超过了Mg0的平衡吸附量,并在90℃下经过35h脱附,吸附量的90%以上都已经脱附,其中Mg7的脱附量是Mg0的2.98倍。第二种配制参数下配制的复合吸附剂在平均温度30.7℃,相对湿度75.4%的条件下测试了120h,结果表明吸附量随着浸泡时间的增加而增加。因此,在配制复合吸附剂时,MgCl2溶液浓度、浸泡时间会影响复合吸附剂中MgCl2的含量,从而影响复合吸附剂的吸附特性。One kind of composite adsorbent was proposed by macro-pore silica gel and MgCl2.Influence of preparation parameters on equilibrium adsorbate uptake was analyzed.Experiment results showed that the equilibrium adsorbate uptake and adsorption rate of adsorbent prepared by the first preparation parameters were increased with the increase of the concentration of MgCl2 solution under the condition of average temperature 29℃,relative humidity 76.1%.The equilibrium adsorbate uptake of Mg7 was 2.95 times than that of macro-pore silica(Mg0).After the experiment was carried out 62 h,the adsorption adsorbate uptake of Mg7 exceeded the adsorption adsorbate uptake of Mg0.When the adsorbent were desorbed at 90℃,more than 90% of water amount was desorbed at 35 h.And the desorption amount of Mg7 was 2.98 times of Mg0.The adsorbent prepared by the second preparation parameters were tested 120 h.The equilibrium adsorbate uptake of adsorbent prepared by the second preparation parameters was increased with the increase of soaking time under the condition of average temperature 30.7℃,relative humidity 75.4%.From the above,the concentration of MgCl2 solution and soaking time will influence the MgCl2 content in the adsorbent,thus affecting the adsorption characteristics of adsorbent.
