摘 要:以预处理的活性炭为载体,采用浸渍还原法制备出Pd基阳极催化剂,主要考察了活性炭预处理、金属前驱体加入顺序对催化剂的影响。结果表明:通过利用HNO_3溶液对活性炭进行处理,可以提高催化剂的负载量,在电化学测试中C2H5OH氧化峰值是未处理活性炭为载体催化剂的2.04倍。此方案可成功合成出粒径达到3.4nm的催化剂。另外利用分布还原法制备的催化剂,可以实现活性炭上催化剂的高负载量和更小的粒径尺寸。The Pd-based anode catalysts were prepared by impregnation-reduction method using pretreated activated carbon as the support.The effect of activated carbon's pretreatment and the orders of adding the metal precursors on catalysts'performance was investigated.The results showed that,the load of catalyst can be increased by HNO3 pretreatment for activated carbon.The cyclic voltammetry(CV)of ethanol oxidation peak was 2.04 times as much as the untreated activated carbon.The catalyst with particle size of up to about 3 nm can be synthesized by this method.In addition,the catalyst using the stepwise reduction can realize high loading of Pd-based catalyst on the activated carbon with smaller size particles.
