摘  要:针对碳腈氯纶纤维静电大、抱合性差、纤维刚性强等特点设计了3种不同类型的纺纱油剂,油剂1#为阴离子型,油剂2#为阳离子型,油剂3#为两性型。将这3种油剂分别施覆于碳腈氯纶纤维表面,并对其抗静电性、摩擦性、抱合性、卷曲数和卷曲率等影响纤维可纺性因素进行初步分析和筛选。结果表明,2#油剂能够满足碳腈氯纶纤维的纺纱要求,可纺性好。Three kinds of spinning oil were prepared by using nonionic surfactants as cohesive agent,mixing with anionic,cationic and amphoteric surfactant as the main antistatic agent,respectively.They were marked as 1#,2# and 3# respectively.Subsequently,the three agents were coated on the fiber surface of carbon acrylic fiber(carbon-AN-VDC)respectively.The effect of three agents on spinning property such as cohesion,antistatic property,crimpness and crimp percentage of fiber was studied.Results showed that 2# oiling agent could meet the spinning requirement of carbon acrylic fiber.
