摘　　要：巴黎气候大会后,世界各国应对气候变化的认识与行动逐步达成共识,能源行业绿色低碳发展成为趋势。文章分析了气候变化对石油行业带来的机遇和挑战,总结了国际石油公司典型做法,探讨了我国石油行业应对气候变化的主要策略。我国石油行业应积极推动供给侧改革,发展天然气、清洁油品、生物燃料、地热等清洁能源;减少生产过程温室气体排放;探索发展碳捕集和封存技术(CCS)、碳化工等新兴业务;建立完善的低碳发展决策、管理、研究体系。After the enforcement of Paris Agreement,the international society has reached the consensus of responding to global climate change,and the low-carbon development in energy industry has become the tendency of the future.The article analyzes the challenges and opportunities of climate change to the petroleum industry,summarizes the typical achievements of international oil companies,and discusses the strategy of Chinese petroleum industry responding to the climate change.Chinese petroleum industry should urged the revolution of supply-side and develop natural gas,cleaner oil products,biofuel and geothermal,which belong to cleaner energy.The industry still needs to reduce the GHG emission of the production,and explore new rising businesses,such as CCS and carbon chemistry.It is also very important to establish the decision-making,management and research systems related to low-carbon development.
