银粉漆用CAB改性热塑性丙烯酸树脂水分散体(WCAB-AC)的制备

摘  要:采用物理共混法和内乳化法制备了醋酸丁酸纤维素(CAB)改性的热塑性丙烯酸树脂水分散体(简称WCAB-AC)。WCAB-AC可用于制备银粉漆。热塑性丙烯酸树脂水分散体作为银粉漆的主要成膜物质,对比了CAB分别作为改性树脂和外添加树脂对银粉漆基本性能及配方设计的影响;研究了丙烯酸的用量、CAB的用量对CAB改性热塑性丙烯酸树脂(简称为CAB-AC)的水分散能力的影响。结果表明,以WCAB-AC为成膜物质配制的银粉漆有较好的外观及较低的TVOC含量;丙烯酸用量从3%增加至10%,CAB-AC的水分散能力先增大后下降;CAB的用量从5%增加至20%,CAB-AC的水分散能力下降。A water-dispersible cellulose acetate butyrate (CAB)-modified thermoplastic acrylic resin (WCAB-AC) is synthesized via physical blending and internal emulsification method.The WCAB-AC can be used to prepare silver paint. The effect of CAB as modifier and external additive on the basic properties and the formula design of silver paint is comparatively analyzed when water-dispersible thermoplastic acrylic resin is used as the main film-forming material. The effects of the amount of acrylic acid and the amount of CAB on the water dispersibility of CAB modified thermoplastic acrylic resin (referred to as CAB-AC)are studied. The results show that the silver paint prepared by WCAB-AC has a better appearance and a lower TVOC. The water dispersibility of CAB-AC increases first and then decreases when the amount of acrylic acid is increased from 3% to 10% while decreases when the amount of CAB is increased from 5% to 20%.
