摘 要:为了解决农村分散式供水微污染水源水问题,开发了混凝/超滤一体化重力流式农村分散式供水设备,并结合松花江水开展了试验研究。采用混凝作为超滤的预处理工艺,应用低通量运行技术,提高了超滤工艺的净水效能与运行稳定性,并降低了工艺运行管理的技术需求。试验结果表明:超滤出水浊度低于0.1 NTU,余铝平均浓度为0.078 mg/L,水质满足《生活饮用水卫生标准》中关于分散式供水的标准,能够有效解决农村水源微生物污染等问题。超滤组合工艺的膜通量可以长期稳定在6.5 L/(m^2·h),膜污染可逆性好,水力可逆阻力占总阻力的83.6%。To solve micro-polluted source water in rural area,a hybrid process of coagulation and gravity-driven ultrafiltration( UF) was developed and tested with Songhuajiang River water. Coagulation was assigned as pretreatment to UF,and a low flux strategy was applied to increase treatment efficiency and stability of the system,as well as reduce the technical requirements of process management. The results indicated that the UF outflow showed good quality with turbidity and residual alum less than 0. 1 NTU and 0. 078 mg/L respectively,which could meet the Standard for Drinking Water and effectively solve the problems of microbial contamination of rural water sources. In addition,membrane flux was at a stable level of 6. 5 L/( m^2·h),allowing superb fouling reversibility with reversible fouling accounting for 83. 6% of total resistance.
