摘　　要：为了改进现有导试水厂存在的工艺简单、结构松散、功能单一、自控程度低等问题,设计开发了高度集成、功能多样、具有PLC自动控制系统的移动式应急处理导试水厂。简述了PLC在导试水厂自动控制中的应用,并介绍了导试水厂控制系统的硬件构成、运行方式、主要内容及软件设计等。In order to improve the issues of existing pilot test waterworks,such as a simple process,uncompact structure,single function,low degree of automation,and etc.,a highly integrated,versatile mobile emergency pilot test waterworks with PLC automatic control system was designed and developed. The application of PLC in the pilot test waterworks,as well as the hardware structure,operation mode,main contents and software design were briefly introduced here.
