摘 要:依托长江航道工程,针对35m深水2 m/s大流速恶劣条件下的块石抛填施工,采用场实测流场数据+物理模型试验+三维数模数值模拟计算联合判定的方法,得出水流流向、流速等水文变化规律,确定施工工况条件,研发了深水抛填装备。建立GPS+数据采集系统+无线远程监测的块石抛石实时抛填测控与验收系统,实现块石抛填施工的精确控制。采用试验和解析计算的方式确定船舶快速靠泊限定标准,形成了具有产集定位测控、深水定点高精度抛填、质量检测验收为一体的深水高精度定点抛填施工新方法,实现了恶劣条件下块石抛填合格率高达93%的超高记录,合格率达到85%,精度达到了±20cm,达到了的预期效果。Based on the Yangtze river waterway project, the method combining the measured data of flow field, model test data with the three-dimensional numerical simulation was used to calculate the water flow in the case of 35 m deep water with a large flow rate of 2 m/s. The varying pattern of flow direction, flow rate and other hydrological parameters was gotten to determine the construction conditions and develop the deepwater throwing equipment. The real-time throwing measurement and control system was setup by the GPS, data acquisition and wireless remote monitoring of the throwing stone, in order to achieve the precise control of the construction of stone throwing. The standard of rapid docking of ship was determined to form a new method of deep-wa- ter high-precision fixed-point pouring construction. The method achieved the ultra-high record, the lumps throwing qualified rate reaches up to 93% in the harsh conditions, with pass rate of 85% and accuracy of ±20 cm.
