摘　　要：针对为海上油气勘探生产服务提供支持的专用基地甚少，其功能定位、码头及基地建设规模确定、基地选址和平面布置尚无相应标准或规范的问题，综合以往项目的设计经验，对该类基地设计难点进行总结分析，为今后同类型基地设计提供借鉴。There are not many specialized base which can provide support for offshore oil exploration service, and there are not relevant standards for the function orientation, construction scale, site selection and general layout of this type of bases. Combining with the previous design experience of offshore oil exploration service support bases, the design difficulties of this type of bases were summarized
