摘　　要：以一型中深水大陆架油气开采张力腿式平台（TLP）为例，分析TLP压载舱的设置和压载系统的功能、设计依据以及压载管路系统原理；结合TLP在海上的安装过程，介绍平台在海上安装时的调载方案确定方法。The text of a Medium the Deep Water Continental Shelf Oil and Gas Exploration the tension leg type platform （TLP） is example, Taking a tension leg type platform （TLP） used in medium/deep water continental shelf oil and gas exploration as example, the arrangement of ballast tank, the function and design basis of ballast system, the working principle of pipe-line system were introduced, as well as the ballast ＆ de-ballast project during the installation of TLP at sea.
