摘  要:[目的]通过日光温室试验,研究空间电场对番茄初果期生长性状与生理特性的影响,为空间电场在蔬菜生产中的应用提供依据。[方法]试验设置对照温室和试验温室,分别测量番茄初果期内的株高、茎粗;测定番茄叶片叶绿素含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及番茄根系活力等生理指标,进行比较分析。[结果]与对照温室相比,空间电场处理后的番茄植株,其株高增长19.3%、茎粗增长18.9%;空间电场处理后的番茄植株叶片SOD、POD、CAT活性分别增长13.7%、32.6%、23.4%;叶片叶绿素a含量增长17.3%,叶绿素b含量增长54.4%;植株根系活力增长79%。[结论]日光温室内布设空间电场能有效提升番茄生长性能、酶活性、叶绿素含量和根系活力,为番茄等温室作物"绿色生产"提供一种可行的技术措施,同时也为化肥和农药的"减施、低施"技术提供一定的参考。[Objective]The effects of space electric field on the growth and physiological characteristics of tomatoes during primary fruit period were investigated by means of solar greenhouse experiment.[Methods]The experimental greenhouse and control greenhouse were used in this study.After the treatment of space electric field,the plant height and stem diameter of tomato were measured.Superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT)activities and chlorophyll contents with tomato leaves and the root activity were also determined during primary fruit stage.[Results]The experiment result showed that the tomatoes with the space electric field treatment have better performances with comparison to the control greenhouse.It was found that the plant height was 19.3% and the stem diameter was18.9% higher than the control one.Similarly,the space electric field treatment increased the activity of SOD、POD、CAT with tomato leaves in 13.7%,32.6% and 23.4% respectively.For the chlorophyll-a and chlorophyll-b,the increased yield were 17.3% and 54.4%.[Conclusion]Since the space electric field used in solar greenhouse could effectively improve the tomato growth performances,enzyme activity,chlorophyll content and root activity,it provides a feasible technical measure for green production of greenhouse crops such as tomatoes,and also provides some references for the chemical fertilizer and pesticide reduction and reduction.
