摘  要:除草剂和氮肥广泛应用于现代农业,多数研究表明:氮肥的施用效果与土壤微生物的种群数量、代谢活动等存在一定的关系,且除草剂的施用对土壤氮素转化微生物有不同程度的影响,进而对土壤氮素转化过程产生一定的影响。从微生物机理角度,综述了国内外关于除草剂对土壤氨化、硝化和反硝化过程中关联微生物影响的研究进展,探讨了除草剂对氮转化过程影响的机理,以及前人研究结果存在差异的原因,并对相关微生物影响机理的未来研究方向进行了展望。Herbicides and nitrogen fertilizer are widely used in modern agriculture. Most studies show that the applied effects of nitrogen fertilizer have certain relationships with the population density and metabolic activities of soil microorganisms.However,the use of herbicides has different degrees of impacts on soil nitrogen-transforming microorganisms,thus has a certain influence on the transformation process of soil nitrogen. This paper summarized the research advances in the impacts of herbicides on soil microorganisms related to ammonification,nitrification and denitrification at home and abroad,explored the microbial mechanisms of effects of herbicides on soil nitrogen transformation,analyzed the reasons for different research results obtained by forefathers,and discussed the future research direction of microbial mechanism.
