摘  要:长寿花(Kalanchoe blossfeldiana)是重要的盆栽花卉,也是新型的切花种类,具有较高经济价值。以单瓣长寿花Mandarin和重瓣长寿花La Douce为材料,采用不同浓度的GA_3(100、200、300 mg/L)和B_9(2000、3000、4000 mg/L)进行叶面喷施,探究2种植物生长调节剂对长寿花生长发育的影响。GA_3对长寿花生长发育的影响为:株高、叶长以及叶宽增加,茎粗减小,叶片叶绿素含量降低,从定植到开花所需时间以及花期均缩短;B_9对长寿花生长发育的影响为:株高降低,从定植到开花所需时间以及花期均延长。此外,2个长寿花品种对GA_3和B_9的敏感性存在一定差异。Kalanchoe blossfeldiana is an important potted flower,and also is a new variety of cut flowers,which has high economic value. The leaf surfaces of single-flower K. blossfeldiana variety Mandarin and double-flower K. blossfeldiana variety La Douce were sprayed respectively with different concentrations of plant growth regulators GA3( 100,200,and 300 mg/L) and B9( 2000,3000,and 4000 mg/L),and the effects of GA3 and B9 on the growth and development of K. blossfeldiana were studied.After being sprayed with GA3,K. blossfeldiana increased in plant height,leaf length and leaf width,and decreased in stem diameter,leaf chlorophyll content,duration from field planting to flowering,and flowering duration. The effects of B9 on the growth and development of K. blossfeldiana were reflected as follows: decrease in plant height,increase in duration from field planting to flowering,and increase in flowering duration. Moreover,the sensitivities of two K. blossfeldiana varieties to GA3 and B9 were different.
