摘 要:以萱草为试验材料,主要对萱草种子萌芽的环境条件、储藏条件进行了探索,以期找到适宜种子萌芽的最佳外界因子,为萱草种子的播种育苗工作及大面积园林应用提供理论依据和物质保障,结果表明:萱草种子灰黑色,长圆形,种子光滑无毛,稍有3棱,长5~6 mm,顶端渐尖,种子千粒重(33.660±1.655)g,种子含水量为11.4%,吸水量可达到80%以上;光暗间隔处理、萌芽温度选择25℃/20℃有利于萱草种子萌芽,且出苗整齐;采收后立即播种的种子萌芽率最高,可达84.4%;0.5、1.0、1.5 cm 3种播种深度对萱草种子萌芽率的影响差异不大,以1.0 cm播种深度的种子萌芽率最高,为33.3%。The environmental conditions and storage conditions for the seed germination of Hemerocallis fulva are studied. The seed of H. fulva is ash black,ovale,and smooth without hairs; its length is 5 ~ 6 mm; its 1000-seed-weight is( 33.660± 1.655)g; its water content is 11.4%; its water absorption can reach 80%. The alternant light/dark treatment at 25 ℃/20 ℃ is advantageous to the seed germination and orderly seedling emergence of H. fulva. When the harvested seeds are sown immediately,their germination rate is the highest,reaching 84.4%. There are no obvious differences in seed germination rate among 3 treatments of sowing depth( 0.5,1.0,and 1.5 cm),and the seeds sown in 1.0-cm-deep soil have the highest germination rate( 33.3%).
