资源禀赋、社会保障与粮农土地流转市场化选择——基于赣粤339份粮食种植户的调研

摘　　要：基于农户土地流转市场化研究的文献梳理,利用课题组2015年9省(区)339份粮食种植户抽样调查的数据,分析了资源禀赋(区域特征、农户禀赋)、保障因素(社会保障)对粮农土地流转市场化选择的影响。研究得出,该县在本省的经济发展水平、所处地形及交通条件、土地租金、接受新事物的态度、家庭农业收入占比对粮农土地流转的市场化选择意愿均有显著的正向影响;家庭劳动力省外打工占比对粮农土地流转的市场化选择意愿有显著负向影响;户主的文化程度、非农劳动力数量、承包耕地面积、家庭总收入、是否参与农村医疗、是否参与农村养老对粮农的流转市场化选择的影响均未通过显著性检验,根据这些研究结论得出了几点启示。Based on the literature review of studies on marketization of farmer＇s land circulation,by using the data of sampling survey of 339 grain farmers in 9 provinces（ prefectures） in 2015,the author analyzed the influences of resource endowment（ regional characteristics,farmer＇s endowment） and security factors（ social security） on grain farmer＇s marketization selection of land circulation. This study obtained that： the economic development level,terrain and traffic condition,and land rent of studied region,the farmer＇s attitude to accept new things,and the ratio of family agricultural income to total income all had a significant and positive effect on the grain farmer＇s marketization selection of land circulation; the ratio of family urban labor income to total income had a significant and negative effect on the grain farmer＇s marketization selection of land circulation; the educated degree of householder,non-agricultural labor number,contracting arable land area,family total income,rural medical,and rural pension all had no significant effect on the grain farmer＇s marketization selection of land circulation. According to the above results,several enlightenments were acquired.
