宫腔镜憩室整复术治疗剖宫产子宫切口憩室的观察研究

摘　　要：目的探讨宫腔镜憩室整复术治疗剖宫产子宫切口憩室的疗效与安全性。方法经宫腔镜憩室整复术治疗剖宫产子宫切口憩室14例,观察分析手术情况和术后月经恢复情况。结果 14例剖宫产子宫切口憩室患者均经宫腔镜完成憩室整复术,无手术并发症,手术时间短,术中出血少,住院时间短,手术花费少,术后月经情况均得到改善。结论经宫腔镜憩室整复术安全,可以改善剖宫产子宫切口憩室的临床症状,可作为无生育要求的剖宫产子宫切口憩室患者治疗的首选。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of hysteroscopic diverticulum repair in the treatment of cesarean scar defect.Methods Fourteen cases of cesarean scar defect in the department of the family planning ward of our hospital from January 2014 to July 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.All of the patients underwent hysteroscopic diverticulum repair.The operative condition and postoperative menstrual recovery were analyzed.Results Hysteroscopic diverticulum repair was successfully completed in14 cases of uterine incision diverticulum.No complication occurred.The operation duration and hospital stay were short,intraoperative blood loss and operative cost were less.The rate of postoperative menstrual improvement and rate of menstrual recovery were 100% and 71.4% respectively.Conclusion Hysteroscopic diverticulum repair is safe,can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with cesarean scar defect,and may be the first choice for the patients of cesarean section scar defect without fertility desire.
