基于兰州都市圈的临夏州沿洮河广通河经济带产业发展战略研究

摘　　要：基于兰州都市圈规划纲要,选取沿洮河广通河经济带产业作为研究对象,通过对经济带产业发展的SWOT矩阵分析,制定经济带产业发展战略SO战略(即增长型战略)、WO战略(扭转型战略)、ST战略(多种经营型战略)、WT战略(防御型战略)。以区域空间开发模式理论为基础,运用增长极模式、发展轴模式、网络型模式,并结合区域经济特性和发展态势,确定经济带"两轴、多核、三片"的区域产业发展总模式,制定经济带主导产业包括特色种植业、草食畜牧业、清真食品加工业、制造业空间布局及发展战略,为当地政府提供政策依据,为西部落后民族地区经济发展提供参考蓝本。As research object,industry development of Tao-Guangtong River Economic Belt is analyzed through the SWOT matrix analysis.Industrial development strategies of economic belt are formulated including SO strategy,WO strategy,ST strategy and WT strategy.Based on regional spatial development pattern theory,growth pole model,development axis model and network model are applied with regional economic features and development trend.The total regional industry development-model-Two axis,multi-core,three pieces is mapped out.The research finally formulates space layout and development strategy of leading industries including characteristic planting,herbivorous livestock,halal food processing and manufacturing.It aims to provide policy basis for the local government and provide a reference for economic development of national regions in western undeveloped region.
