香港社会贫富分化现象及港府民生政策导向的策略分析

摘　　要：文章运用2011年香港人口普查报告数据对香港社会贫富分化特征进行了描述和分析,并从人口结构、产业结构与经济发展理念等方面对香港社会影响贫富分化的因素进行了讨论。本文考察了近年来香港政府在治理贫富分化和救助贫困等方面所做的努力,指出香港政府的民生政策导向及扶贫策略对城镇化进程中的中国内地具有借鉴意义。This article uses the data of Hong Kong Census Report in 2011 to describe and analyze the polarization of the rich and the poor in Hong Kong society, and discusses the factors that affect the differentiation of the rich and the poor from the perspective of population structure, industrial structure and economic development. This article also examines the efforts made by the Hong Kong government in combating the polarization between the rich and the poor and helping the poor in recent years. It points out that the policies of the people＇s livelihood and the poverty alleviation strategy of the Hong Kong government can be used for reference in the process of urbanization in the China's Mainland.
