摘　　要：湿度是气体纯度的一项重要指标,其数值直接关系到企业产品质量和生产安全。由湿度衍生出的各种原理的湿度仪种类繁多,优缺点各异。本文主要介绍若干常见湿度仪的种类和原理,常用新型传感器的种类和原理,当前湿度仪校准的常规方法,同时介绍一种操作简单、经济适用、在线免拆、现场校准的新型化学转化湿度校准仪的相关原理,给出相关的校准流程,该方法可以解决目前湿度计校准的送检模式,并有望替代现有校准模式的趋势。The humidity is one of the important of the gas purity, thatis directly related to the product quality and produc-tion safety. Many kinds of hygrometers are based on various principles derived from the humidity, and they have their own pros and cons. The paper describes a number of common types and principles of the hygrometers, commonly used new types of sensors and principles, and the traditional model of dew-point meter calibration . The paper also introduces a new kind of principle of chemical conversion humidity calibrator, which is simple, affordable, online without dismantling, and calibra-ted in the field and gives the relevant calibration process. The method of calibration may change the current submission mode of hygrometer calibration, and is expected to replace the existing calibration mode.
