不同采精法对青海山谷型藏羊精液品质的影响

摘　　要：本实验采用直肠电刺激采精法和假阴道采精法,对2016年的8只2.5~3.5岁优秀山谷型藏羊种公羊精液品质进行采精后对比分析,结果显示:直肠电刺激法采集精液量明显较多为1.37±0.28m L,但精子密度23.18±9.70亿/m L,原精活力58.56±9.17%较低,此三项与假阴道采集法差异显著(p<0.05),而畸形率13.42±0.32%与假阴道采精法的畸形率10.21±0.48%,差异不显著(p>0.05)。The rectum electrical stimulation semem collection methods and false vaginal semem collection methods were adopted in this experiment for comparing and analyzing sperm quality of 8 rams with aged from 2.5 to 3.5 years in2016.The results showed that the semen volume was more significantly by adopting rectum electrical stimulation method,reach 1.37 ± 0.28,but the sperm density was 23.18 ± 970 million/m L,the original pure vitality was 58.56 ±9.17%.There is a significant difference （p 0.05） compared with false vaginal semem collection methods,and malformation rate was 13.42 ± 0.32% comparing within false vagina semen collection method of malformation rate of 10.21± 0.48%,there is no significant difference （p 0.05）.
