摘  要:本试验对青海东部农业区的部分养殖场中采集到的自然发酵的来年3~5月份青贮玉米饲料中微生物数量进行了测定,其结果为:同一地区,3~5月份,乳酸菌数量变化较小,略有减少,酵母菌数量变化也较小,略有增加;不同地区,3~5月份,乐都的青贮玉米饲料中乳酸菌数量较湟中、民和都高。样品中分离出8株优势乳酸菌,利用16SrRNA序列通用引物PCR扩增和测序进行了鉴定,其鉴定结果为:布氏乳杆菌(Lactobacillus buchneri)1株,开菲尔乳杆菌(Lactobacillus kefiri)1株,希氏乳杆菌(Lactobacillus higardii)2株,帕氏乳杆菌(Lactobacillus parafarraginis)4株。In this study,silage maize feed which were natural fermentation were collected in the second year during March and May.The samples were all from the east of Qinghai Province.The microbes in the samples were isolated and determined.The results showed that the number difference of Lacticacid bacteria in the same area from March to May was slightly decreased,the number of yeast difference was slightly increased.In the different areas,during March and May,the number of Lacticacid bacteria from Ledu samples were higher than from Huangzhong and Minhe.Eight dominant strains were isolated.After PCR and sequencing based on 16 SrRNA,the strains were indentified.One strain was Lactobacillus buchneri.One strain was Lactobacillus kefiri.Two strains were Lactobacillus higardii.Four strains were Lactobacillus parafarraginis.
