摘　　要：对体育赛事运作管理阶段进行划分,从体育赛事组织者的视角,以社会体育赛事为蓝本,兼顾大型赛事的运作,阐述了体育赛事运作者在选择和确定这两个环节的主要任务和应该注意的重要事宜,以期帮助他们把握赛事运作的脉络,为赛事的成功举办奠定基础.This article divides the operation of sports management into several stages,and with social sports and major events operation as study objects,elucidates the main tasks and matters needing attention in the stages of selection and determination of sports events from the perspective of sports events organizers,which is expected to be helpful for sports events organizers to grasp the operation methods,laying the foundation for the success of the game.
