全域旅游视域下的扬州非物质文化遗产保护与开发

摘　　要：在全域旅游的大形势下,扬州非物质文化遗产的保护与开发取得了一定的成效。制度化、活态化、产业化、"名师工作室"计划、非遗标准化工程等措施独具特色。但面临着非遗保护层次不高、专业人才缺乏、传统工艺与现代需求结合不到位、保护与开发的意识有待加强等问题。笔者提出在全域旅游的视域下,运用全域旅游的理念注重思想上的引导、在保护中开发、与职业院校合作开设与非遗有关的特色专业、加快非遗保护的数字化建设、设计非遗旅游线路和非遗旅游纪念品,使扬州非物质文化遗产保护与开发提升到新的高度,也为全域旅游拓宽思路。In the context of a global tourism, Some achievements of protection and development of the intangi-ble cultural heritage of Yangzhou have been achieved. Some measures are unique, for example, institutionaliza-tion, activation, industrialization, ＂Master Studiol？ program N standardization project of intangible cultural heritage. But facing the problem that the level of intangible cultural heritage protection is not high, the lack of profession-als, the combination of traditional technology and modem demand is not in place, and the awareness of protec-tion and development needs to be strengthened. In order to enhance the protection and development of the in- tangible cultural heritage of Yangzhou to a new height, broaden the thinking for the global tourism,the author puts forward the view of the global tourism, should use the idea of focusing on ideological guidance, develop-ment, and cooperation in the protection of intangible cultural heritage and the occupation colleges professional characteristics, to accelerate the digitalization of intangible cultural heritage protection, the design of tourist routes and souvenirs of intangible cultural heritage.
