一例头颈部癌性放疗伤口的护理体会

摘　　要：癌性伤口具有易出血、渗液多、疼痛、有恶臭味等特性,严重干扰患者的生活质量与生存信心,考虑了癌性伤口的特性、伤口位置的特殊性和多个伤口间的关系,在1例头颈部癌性伤口患者的护理中,选择了特性、大小不一样的造口用品及新型双面贴水胶体,成功收集患者伤口大量渗液,有效管理了气味,提高了患者的生活质量。Wound caused by cancer has the characteristics of easy haemorrhage, more oozing, more pain and stench interfered with the quality of life and survival confidence of patients seriously. Considered the characteristics of can-cer wound, the particularity of wound location and the relationship between multiple wounds, use the different size of colostomy bags and new type of double-sided adhesive hydrocolloid in 1 case of head and neck cancer pa-tients with wound care, have obvious effect to collect fluid in the wound and effectively manage the stench.
