摘  要:为解决缺少露天试车台而不能对地面试车台进行校准问题,对影响室内试车台推力测量的因素进行了分析,通过气动测量校准的方法,得到了试车台推力修正值,并使用某型号发动机的国外基准试车台进行了交叉对比校准,结果表明测试精度达到了室内基准试车台要求。使用该基准试车台对其它生产试车台进行了交叉对比校准,解决了生产试车台的校准问题。依据某型号发动机的多年交叉对比校准和批产试车经验,提出的交叉校准过程中的注意事项以及试车台状态保持和监控方法,可有效确保试车台持续满足交付试车的要求,研究结果对我国批产发动机试车台校准技术的进步具有重要意义。To solve outdoor test bench' s lack and its calibration problem,factors affecting thrust measurement of indoor test bench w ere analyzed in the paper to obtain thrust correction value of the test bench using a gas dynamic calibration method. The test bench w as crossw ise calibrated w ith the foreign datum of a certain engine test bench. The results show that accuracy of the test meets the requirements of indoor benchmark test. The calibration method of new test bench can solve the calibration problem during production process of the new test bench using the benchmark test bench. According to the data of cross-correlation calibration for a certain engine and the experiences for producing the test bench,the announcements during production process of the test bench and the state retention and monitoring method of the test bench can effectively ensure to continuously meet production requirement of the test bench as a product,w hich has a significant meaning for developing calibration technology of the test bench in China.
