摘　　要：以泗洪县生活垃圾焚烧项目为例,介绍了泗洪县建设区水土保持的相关监测方法和内容,并对其项目中水土保持工作的现状进行分析,认为应从法律体系、技术标准、植被的建设、对渣场的改造以及绿化建设五个方面进一步防范水土流失,提高监测效果.Soil and water conservation monitoring is very important for the planning and the protection of national ecological environment construction. It is an important work in Sihong County to conduct the research of MSW incineration project,which is of great importance in protecting the natural environment of this area. The specific situation of water and soil conservation in Sihong County is analyzed,and the relevant monitoring methods are introduced. The countermeasures of soil and water conservation monitoring are expounded in order to ensure the monitoring effect in the aspects of improving the informatization of regional water and soil conservation monitoring,offering better monitoring status of soil and water conservation,and optimizing vegetation construction.
