花瑶民宿建筑砖楼改造设计方法初探——以白水洞村“米兰居”为例

摘　　要：基于乡村旅游产业和城镇化发展背景,以湖南隆回县花瑶民宿建筑砖楼为例,探讨花瑶民宿发展特点和砖楼改造式民宿建筑特征.并结合白水洞村"米兰居"砖楼民宿改造实例,从功能布局、空间营造、建筑装饰三个方面进行解读.从花瑶地区传统建筑内核继承和适度改造两个方面对砖楼民宿建筑设计方法,认为花瑶民宿建筑砖楼改造设计要注重传统建筑内核的继承,不宜大拆大建.This research,based on the rural tourism industry and the development of rural urbanization,takes the brick guesthouse in Huayao as the research object,and explores the development characteristics of the guesthouses in Huayao as well as the reconstruction of brick guesthouses. Taking the reconstruction of ＂Milan House＂in Baishuidong village as an example,this essay analyzes in three aspects： function layout,space construction and building decoration. At the end of this essay,it considers the method of brick guesthouse reconstruction in two aspects： the inheritance of traditional architectural kernel in Huayao and the moderate reconstruction. This essay aims to provide a reference for the practice of brick guesthouse reconstruction in Huayao.
