摘 要:阐述铜包铝线(CCA线)绕制的线圈基础部件及其在电动汽车高频无线输电中可能的新应用是有效的.介绍目前国内外关于CCA线研究的新进展.展示频率与交流损耗的关系:在500kHz下,在线中电流密度和损耗的关系及损耗密度的分布,频率与涡流损耗的关系.为了保证CCA线的使用质量,目前适用的温度为≤200℃,建议影响CCA线质量的关键因素为减薄铜铝扩散层的制造方法.It is effective to introduce the basic components of the copper clad aluminum wire(CCA line)and its possible new applications in the high frequency wireless transmission of electric vehicles.This paper introduces the current progress of research on CCA line at home and abroad.The relationship between the display frequency and the AC loss is introduced,including the relationship between the current density and loss,the distribution of the loss density,the frequency and the vortex loss at 500 kHz.In order to ensure the quality of CCA line,the current temperature is≤200℃,and it is suggested that the key factor affecting the quality of CCA line is the manufacturing method of reducing the diffusion layer of copper and aluminum.
