摘 要:目前,我国的工业余热资源丰富,余热资源的合理利用必将对我国能源结构的改革起到很好的促进作用.有机朗肯循环(Organic Rankine Cycle,ORC)是提高能源利用效率的有效途径之一.其具有结构简单、适用热源温度范围广、余热回收效率高等优点,ORC发电技术已成为余热回收领域的热点课题之一.针对低温余热ORC发电技术进行了理论分析和工质研究,完成了发电目标为20kW、以向心透平为膨胀机的低温余热ORC发电系统试验平台的设计,并完成了数据采集及控制系统的设计.20kW(小功率)向心透平的设计,扩大了低温余热ORC发电系统的应用范围,促进了余热资源产业的发展.At present,the industrial waste heat resources are rich in china.The rational use of waste heat resources will play agood role in promoting the reform of China's energy structure.Organic Rankine cycle(ORC) power generation technology is one of the most effective ways to improve the efficiency of energy utilization.Because of its simple structure,the wide range of heat souce temperature and high efficiency,ORC power generation technology has become one of the hottest topics in the field of waste heat recovery.In this paper,the theoretical analysis of low temperature waste heat ORC system and the research on working fluids have been conducted.Mean while,the design of low temperature waste heat ORC power generation system experimental platform has been completed.Besides,the power generation target is 20 kW and the expander is radial turbine.Moreover,the design of data acquisition and control system has been completed.The design of 2 0 kW(low power)radial turbine expands the application range of the lowtemperature waste heat ORC power generation system,and promotes the development of waste heat resources industry.
