摘　　要：高等教育是连接个人与社会的桥梁,高校思想政治教育的实效如何,直接关系着高校管理的成效。以学校社会工作为视角,通过思想政治教育与学校社会工作耦合的SWOT分析,寻求二者结合的可能性和必要性,以嵌入性整合方式,分别探讨二者耦合的内生机制和外生路径,从而为高校思想政治教育提供新思路和新的工作理念。Higher education is the bridge between individuals and the society. The effectiveness of the ideological and political education in colleges influences directly the effectiveness of the college management. From the perspective of school social work,through SWOT analysis of the coupling of ideological and political education and school social work,this paper explores the possibility and necessity of the combination of the two,and researches the internal mechanism and external path of the two by the embedded integration method,so as to provide feasible working idea and working method for ideological and political education.
