显微镜下使用MTA修补髓底及根管穿孔与护理的配合

摘　　要：目的 观察MTA修补髓底及根管穿孔与护理配合治疗的效果.方法 选取2014年6月～2015年6月我院收治的在髓底及根管穿孔的患者30例作为研究对象,使用MTA修补治疗,配合术前告知、术前准备、术中配合及术后护理四方面的护理方法进行治疗,并观察术后1年内的复诊结果.结果 术后1年内,髓底穿孔患者无复发治愈率达100%;根管穿孔患者复发1例,治愈率达94.44%.结论 使用MTA修补髓底及根管穿孔并与护理配合的治疗方法治愈率极高,值得临床应用.Objective To observe the MTA repair end of pulp and root canal perforation and nursingof the clinical effect of treatment.Methods From June 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital in the bottom androot canal perforation in 30 patients as the research object, the use of MTA repair treatment, with preoperativeinform, preoperative preparation, intraoperative and postoperative nursing care of four methods of treatment,and to observe the follow-up results within 1 years after operation.Results One year postoperatively, patientswith perforated pulp bottom relapse-free rate by 100%; Root canal perforation in patients with recurrence in 1case, the cure rate was 94.44%.Conclusion Using the MTA repair end of pulp and root canal perforation andcooperate with nursing treatment cure rate is extremely high, worthy of clinical application.
