摘　　要：多生牙的发生是很少见的,但第四磨牙更罕见,本文报道1例左侧下颌第四磨牙病例的探讨。The occurrence of supernumerary teeth is not uncommon.The fourth molars are seldom observed in humans.A case of left mandibular fourth molar is reported in this paper.
