水飞蓟素胶囊对早期糖尿病肾病患者氧化应激水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨水飞蓟素胶囊对早期糖尿病肾病(DN)患者氧化应激水平的影响。方法选取2014年10月至2015年10月该院收治的40例早期DN患者,采用随机双盲安慰剂对照法将其分为水飞蓟素组和安慰剂组,各20例,分别给予水飞蓟素胶囊及安慰剂治疗,治疗前后测量患者血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷光甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、血压及生化指标。结果两组患者治疗前后血压及生化指标无明显变化,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,水飞蓟素组与治疗前及安慰剂组治疗后比较,血清MDA及UAER较治疗前明显降低,血清SOD、GSH-Px显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论水飞蓟素胶囊可显著降低早期DN患者血清氧化应激水平,可作为治疗早期DN新的治疗药物。Objective To investigate the effect of silymarin capsules on oxidative sress level of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods Forty patients with early diabetic nephropathy from October 2014 to October 2015 in the First Affiliated Hospital to Nanhua University were devided into silymarin group and placebo group,20 cases in each group,and the research conducted by double-blind method. The silymarin group and placebo group were treated with silymarin capsules and matched placebo respec-tively.The serum levels of malondialdehyde（MDA）,superoxide diamutase（SOD）,glutathione peroxi-dase（GSH-Px）,urinary albumin execretion rate（UAER）,blood pressure and biochemical parameters were measured from baseline to the end of the treat-ment phase.Results There were no significant change in blood pressure and biochemical indexes before and after treatment of the two groups,and the differences were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.After treatment,compared with the placebo group and before the treatment,UAER and serum levels of MDA decreased significantly,and the level of serum SOD and GSH-Px were significantly increased in silymarin group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The silymarin capsules may significantly decrease the oxidative stress level of patients with early diabetic nephropathy and may be considered as a novel drug in patients with early diabetic nephropathy.
