某地成年体检人群血脂水平与性别、年龄的关系分析

摘　　要：目的了解常州市成年体检人群四项血脂项目的分布状况。方法调查2016年1月1—31日来该院体检者2 930人,分析其年龄、性别与血脂水平的关系。结果男性体检者三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)总体水平中年组最高,老年组次之,青年组最低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而女性体检者中,随着年龄的增长,TG、TC、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平逐渐上升,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)逐渐降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在男性体检者中,不同年龄组各血脂水平构成比不同,其中TG、TC比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而HDL-C、LDL-C比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在女性体检者中,随着年龄的增长,TG、TC、LDL-C三者边缘升高构成比逐渐升高,以及HDL-C降低的构成比逐渐上升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常州市民随着年龄的增长,尤其是45岁以后,血脂水平逐渐升高;性别差异致血脂呈现不同的分布状况。Objective To investigate the distribution of four blood lipid in the physical examination population in Changzhou city. Methods A total of 2 930 people from the hospital in 1—31 January 2016 were investigated. The blood lipid levels and their relationships in different age groups were analyzed. Results In the male physical examination,the total level of three acyl glycerol（TG） and total cholesterol（TC） in the middle-aged male group were the highest,the old group were lower,and the lowest in the young group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;in the female physical examination,with the growth of age,the levels of TG,TC and low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）gradually increased,and high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）gradually decreased,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. In the male physical exami nation,theconstituent ratiooflipid levelsin different age groups were different,TG,TC had statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）,but HDL-C,LDL-C had no statistically significant differences（P〉0.05）;in the female physical examination,with the growth of age,ratio of TG,TC,LDL-C margin increased were graduall increased,and depressed constituent ratio of HDL-C was gradually increased,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion With the growth of age,especially after the age of 45 years old,the level of blood lipid is gradually increased,and the difference of blood lipid index showes different gender difference.
