摘  要:目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者胱抑素C(Cys C)、红细胞分布宽度(RDW)、空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)与糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的关系。方法将2011年8月至2016年8月该院收治的126例T2DM患者分为无DR组(A组,n=43)、DR背景期组(B组,n=50)、DR增殖期组(C组,n=33)。检测3组患者RDW、Cys C、FBG、HbA1c,并进行统计学分析。结果B、C组患者RDW、Cys C、FBG、HbA1c水平均高于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。RDW、Cys C、FBG、HbA1c均与DR的发生呈正相关(r=0.389、0.604、0.511、0.577,P<0.05)。结论 RDW、Cys C、FBG、HbA1c可作为DR发生、发展的危险因素,在DR早期诊断中有重要价值。Objective To discuss the relationship red blood cell distribution width(RDW),serum cystatin C(Cys C),fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1 c)and diabetic retinopathy(DR)in type 2 diabetic mellitus(T2 DM)patients. Methods A tatal of 126 patients with T2 DM in the hospital from August 2011 to August 2016 were divided into group A(without DR,n=43),group B(background DR,n=50),group C(proliferative DR,n=33). RDW,Cys C,FBG and HbA1 c of three groups were detected,and statistical analysis was conducted. Results The levels of RDW,Cys C,FBG and HbA1 c of group B,C were obviously higher than those of group A,the differences were statistically significant( P〈0. 05). RDW, Cys C, FBG and HbA1 c were positively correlated with the occurrence of DR(r=0.389、0.604、0.511、0.577,P〈0.05). Conclusion RDW,Cys C,FBG and HbA1 c can be used as risk factors for the development of DR. Detection of RDW,Cys C,FBG and HbA1 c is helpful for early diagnosis and development of DR with T2 DM.
