摘  要:目的 :探讨肠内营养护理在胃肿瘤术后的效果。方法 :收集2015年6月—2016年6月收治的行胃肿瘤手术患者40例,随机分为对照组20例,行常规护理,观察组20例,行早期肠内营养护理,比较两组各项观察指标、并发症发生情况及机体营养状态改善情况。结果 :观察组的尿管拔除、胃管拔除、经口进食和下床活动时间分别为(4.61±1.62)d、(1.10±0.94)d、(3.31±1.35)d和(3.11±1.23)d,对照组分别为(5.93±1.56)d、(2.95±1.44)d、(5.03±2.14)d和(4.88±2.34)d,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为5.00%(1/20),低于对照组的30.00%(6/20),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,观察组的血红蛋白、前白蛋白和白蛋白水平分别为(126.31±28.33)g/L、(225.00±17.00)mg/L和(39.90±3.80)g/L,对照组分别为(120.98±15.44)g/L、(240.00±20.00)mg/L和(35.70±4.10)g/L,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :胃肿瘤术后患者给予早期肠内营养护理,不仅可以改善机体营养状态,还能减少并发症,缩短患者康复时间。Objective: To investigate the effect of enteral nutrition nursing on postoperative gastric cancer. Methods:From June 2015 to June 2016, 40 cases of gastric cancer treated with gastric cancer surgery were collected and randomly divided into a control group with 20 cases who were given routine nursing care, and an observation group with 20 cases who were treated by early enteral nutrition nursing. The indexes of observation, complications and improvement of nutritional status of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: The catheter removal, gastric tube extraction, oral feeding and ambulation time in the observation group were(4.61±1.62) d,(1.10±0.94) d,(3.31±1.35) d, and(3.11±1.23) d, those of the control group were(5.93±1.56) d,(2.95±1.44) d,(5.03±2.14) d and(4.88±2.34) d, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The complication rate of the observation group was 5%(1/20), which was lower than 30%(6/20) of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05). At the same time, the hemoglobin, prealbumin and albumin levels in the observation group were(126.31±28.33) g/L,(225.00±17) mg/L and(39.90±3.80) g/L, those of the control group was(120.98±15.44) g/L,(240.00±20) mg/L and(35.70±4.10) g/L, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Giving early enteral nutrition nursing for the postoperative patients with gastric cancer not only can improve the nutritional status of the body, but also reduce complications and shorten the recovery time of patients.
