西藏错那千年沙棘林现状及开发策略

摘　　要：西藏错那千年沙棘林是极其稀有的宝贵资源,具有一定的不可替代的价值,但尚未得到有效的重视和保护。本文首先描述了沙棘林的现状,包括概况、特色及其所面临的问题。其次,介绍了其观赏、文化、宗教、生态服务、药用和营养及科研价值。最后,从基础调查和建库、基础人员和设施配置、管理条例和法制制定、宣传和教育、树木养护和复壮、资金保障、适度开发、建立种子库和基因库及开展自然和社会科学的基础和应用研究9个方面对千年沙棘林的保护和开发提出建议。该工作将有助于引起相关部门和人员对千年沙棘林的重视,并为充分挖掘其潜力及开展精细化养护提供一定理论支持。The millennial hippophae forest is located in Cuona, Tibet.And it is an extremely precious resource,possessing a ceain irreplaceable value. However,it has not been effectively emphasized and protected by humans.lts situation was firstly described, including the overview, features,and confronting problems. Then,its various values were introduced from the ornamental, cultural, religious,ecological service, medicinal, nutrient,and scientific aspects. Finally,we proposed advices for protection and exploration of the millennial hippophae forest from nine aspects, including basic survey and record, configuration of essential staffs and facility, enactment of management regulations and laws, propaganda and education, maintenance and rejuvenation for trees,funding guarantees,moderate exploitation,establishment of seed bank and gene pool,and development of the basic research of natural and social sciences.This work is beneficial for arousing the attention of related governments and staffs,and could propose some theoretical supports for fully exploiting values of this millennial hippophae forest, and carrying on fine maintenance for it.
