创新城镇化建设中的政府激励机制研究

摘　　要：城镇化是目前推动中国社会经济发展的一大动力,在推动城镇化的过程中,人的因素至关重要,最大限度的调动人的积极性,建构完善的激励机制是关键。研究和建立政府在城镇化过程中的激励机制,对于推动城镇化进程,有较大的促进作用,因此,在此通过对目前城镇化建设中的政府激励现状分析的基础上,对如何构建新型政府激励机制提出了创新性的意见。Urbanization is a major driving force in promoting the social and economic development currently in China.During this course,the human is the crucial factor. To maximize the mobilization of people＇s enthusiasm and construct the incentive mechanism are more important. Therefore, the research on the establishment of government incentives in the process of urbanization has a greater function.The paper puts forward how to build a new government incentives innovative mechanism based on the analysis of the current government incentives in the construction of urbanization.
