加速立法保障高校顶岗实习学生合法权益探讨

摘　　要：顶岗实习是高职院校采用率最高的一种实习方式,是高职教育教学计划和课程安排的一部分, 也是职业教育区别于普通教育对学生能力培养的重要模式.但是, 目前我国还没有专门针对学生在顶岗实习中能直接适用维护合法权益的法律法规.从多个方面论证了以立法保障高职院校学生顶岗实习的必要性,并倡导早日立法, 尽快把高职教育顶岗实习环节纳入法治轨道.Internship in Higher Vocational Colleges is the highest rate of practice.It is not onlya part of plan and curriculumteaching in higher vocational education, but also an important model for occupation education is different from general education.However, China has no specific laws and regulations for the internship. This article demonstrates the necessity of protecting students＇internship in Higher Vocational Colleges with legislation, and advocates early legislation as soon as possible to bring Vocational In-ternship sessions into the orbit of the rule of law.
