摘 要:为了更好地为军事人员进行指挥活动提供辅助决策,提出一种关于作战体系指挥效能的分析方法。首先基于复杂网络理论,构建作战体系网络模型,将作战体系网络分为逻辑指挥网络和物理通信网络;然后采用依赖网络理论对2个网络之间的依赖关系进行描述,通过分析指挥节点、火力节点、侦察节点以及通信节点之间的作战流程关系,确定了评估作战体系指挥效能的评价指标以及计算方法,并通过仿真计算实验对该评价指标进行了分析。分析结果表明,该方法对于认识和分析当前复杂作战体系具有实际的应用价值和指导意义。To supply better assistant decisions for military personnel with commanding activity, an analysis method for operational system command efficiency is put forward. First, built the operational system network model based on the complex network theory. And the network model was made up of logic command network and physical communication network. Then the interdependent relationship between two networks was described based on the interdependent network theory. By analyzing operational process relation among command node, firepower node, reconnoiter node, and communication node, ascertained evaluation index and calculation method of evaluation operational system command efficiency. Carried out analysis for evaluation index by simulation calculation test. The analysis result indicates this modeling method and evaluating index has an actual applying value and direction meaning for understanding and analyzing complex operational system.
