摘　　要：在新的精准扶贫战略视角下,武陵山区需要明白自己的战略发展定位,本文将运用SWOT矩阵分析的方式对武陵山区特色农业产业集群发展的战略环境进行研究,从组织定位、空间定位、产业定位和特色定位的视角对武陵山区特色农业产业集群的战略发展定位展开探索。农业产业集群主要是将围绕着农业产品生产加工和销售的企业联系起来,在一定区域范围内形成产业聚集项目,这也是武陵山地区在精准扶贫视角下积极开发特色农业产业集群发展项目的原因所在,可以全面提高武陵山区的综合农业实力,带动农业产业的现代化发展,是提高武陵山区农业产业项目竞争能力水平的关键,使当地的农业资源可以得到合理的开发和利用。This paper will use the SWOT matrix analysis method to carry on the research on the strategic environment of characteristic agriculture industry cluster development in Wuling mountainous area. The strategic development orientation of characteristic agricultural industrial cluster in Wuling mountainous area is explored from the perspective of organization orientation, spatial orientation, industry positioning and feature orientation. Agricultural industrial cluster is mainly to link up the enterprises that produce, process and sell agricultural products,and to form industrial agglomeration projects in a certain area,which is the reason why the Wuling Mountain Area in precision from the perspective of poverty alleviation actively develop characteristic development project of agricultural industry cluster. It can improve the comprehensive agricultural strength of Wuling mountainous area, promote the modernization of agricultural industry, and make rational use and development of local agricultural resources. It is the key to improve the competitive ability of agricultural projects in Wuling mountainous area.
