船用中速柴油机进气阀开裂原因分析及改进措施

摘　　要：针对某型中速柴油机进气阀阀盘发生开裂的事故,通过从柴油机内部和外部因素逐层进行分析,明确了进气阀阀盘开裂是阀盘温差过大、热应力过大导致的疲劳开裂。同时对进气阀材料的性能进行分析,指出原进气阀材料不能适应高强化度柴油机的工作需要,并就此提出相应改进措施。In terms of inlet valve disc fracture for a medium speed diesel engine, this paper analyzes the reasons for the fracture and concludes that too high valve disc temperature difference and heat stress lead to the fracture. The performance of the inlet valve material is analyzed and the defect of it is found, so it can not ft the working requirements for the high reinforcing engine, and the related improving measures are put forward.
