摘　　要：随着汽车技术的迅速发展,以及人们对乘用车的操作稳定性和乘坐平稳性提出更高的要求,汽车减震器作为汽车底盘的重要部件,其性能直接影响人们对乘用车乘坐舒适度的主观体验,而减震器阀片作为直接影响减震器性能和寿命的重要零件,其力学性能指标至关重要。所以我们很有必要对减震器阀片做更多的研究,研究基于HYPERMESH、ABAQUS对前减震器补偿阀片进行强度分析研究。with the rapid development of automobile technology, and people to the operation of the passenger vehicle stability and riding stability put forward higher request, automobile shock absorber as an important part of automobile chassis, its performance directly affects people＇s subjective experience to passenger vehicle ride comfort, and the shock absorber valve plates as a direct effect on shock absorber performance and life of the important parts, its mechanical performance index is very important.Therefore, it is necessary for us to do more research on the shock absorber disc. This study is based on the analysis of the strength analysis of the compensation valve plate of the front shock absorber based on HYPERMESH and ABAQUS.
