基于轻卡某重载版车型万向传动轴设计分析

摘　　要：汽车万向传动轴装置的作用是实现一对轴线相交且相对位置经常变化的转轴之间的动力传递。文章基于轻卡某重载版3845mm轴距的产品,首先对万向节及中间支撑等万向传动轴的主要零部件进行介绍,然后利用发动机扭矩、变速箱速比确定万向传动轴规格,最后将钢板弹簧刚度等相关参数用作图法对万向传动轴的当量夹角等参数进行设计确认。Automobile universal transmission shaft device is a rotating shaft on the dynamic between the intersection and the relative position of constantly changing transmission. In this paper, a 3845mm light truck wheelbase based products, first of all the main components of the universal joint and intermediate support universal transmission shaft are introduced, and then use the engine torque, transmission speed determine universal transmission the shaft size, stiffness and other related parameters on the mapping method of universal drive shaft equivalent angle and other parameters were designed to confirm.
