摘 要:随着我国汽车保有量的快速增长,在即将到来的严苛的汽车油耗限值法规背景下,汽车节能是成为近代汽车工业的重要课题。汽车排气余热中有高达三分之一的能量损失,排气余热回收成为必然。文章介绍了排气余热回收的三种技术路线,并详细阐述了EHRS技术的应用要点及该技术应用带来的整车暖机、采暖和降油耗三方面的提升,为其他研发者研究EHRS技术提供参考。With the fast growth of car ownership, in the context of upcoming strict and harsh fuel consumption limits, automobile energy saving has become an important subject of automobile industry in recent times. There is an energy loss of up to 1/3 in the exhaust heat of the car, so exhaust heat recovery becomes inevitable. Three routes of exhaust heat energy were introduced in this paper. It also expounds the application points of EHRS technology and the promotion of the three aspects of vehicle warming, heating and fuel consumption. Also, provide reference for others to study EHRS technology.
