摘　　要：文章首先阐述了发动机可靠性试验的目的,说明对发动机进行可靠性试验的重要性;然后对发动机的失效机理进行系统研究和分析,得出发动机失效的损伤形式和失效机理;最后针对不同的失效机理制定不同的试验方法,为发动机新产品和变形产品的开发提供试验方法。To explain the importance of the reliability tests, the basic purpose of reliability tests were illustrated firstly; then making a systematic research and analysis of the failure mechanism, so the damaging models were gained; lastly formulating the tests methods according to the failure mechanism, providing the tests procedure for the development of the intern combustion engine.
