摘  要:通过对发动机轮系及发电机的振动噪声引发车内加速异音的机理进行阐述,及激励源—传递路径—车内响应的综合分析,指出针对轮系及发电机引起汽车低转速加速异音的处理方案。并在国内某一款车型上利用车内噪声测试与分析,声学照相机测试分析,传递路径分析,路径振动测试与分析等方法来详细说明发电机及轮系引起的车内低转速加速异音的问题确定、原因分析和优化方案。最终该车低转速加速异音问题得到解决。Through the analysis of the mechanism of the acceleration strange niose in the vehicle and the vibration noise of the engine train and the generator, and the comprehensive analysis of the excitation source-transmission path-interior response, the paper points out the treatment scheme for the low speed acceleration of the automobile caused by the gear train and the generator. In a domestic model, using the internal noise test and analysis, acoustic camera test analysis, transmission path analysis, path vibration test and analysis methods to detailed description of the generator and train caused by the low speed of the car, the problem of determination, cause analysis and optimization. Finally, the problem of the low speed and acceleration of the vehicle is solved.
