摘  要:现代汽车采用蓄电池负极与车身的金属部分相连接的导线称为搭铁线,搭铁线就是一种电流的回流线,电源从电瓶正极出来,经过各种开关、电器执行机构、再经过一根回流线回到电瓶负极,形成一个回路,因此,搭铁在汽车电路中的作用越来越重要。文章主要介绍汽车搭铁类型及搭铁点设计方式,并对串联和并联两种搭铁方式进行详细对比,列举常见故障的特征,提出了故障分析与诊断技巧。Modern cars use battery negative electrode connected to the metal parts of the car body wiring is referred to as a grounding wire, grounding wire is a kind of electric current flowing line, the power from the battery positive electrode, via all kinds of switch, electric actuators, and then through a return line back to the battery negative electrode, forming a loop, grounding wire is playing a more and more important role in automobile circuit; Mainly introduces car by G grounding type and grounding point is designed approach, and the series and parallel two grounding way detailed comparison, list the common fault, the characteristics of the proposed fault analysis and fault diagnosing.
